Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and western wear is protected from dust or damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
